Kathy - Front Office

I have been in dentistry for over 30 years, starting as a dental assistant, then moving to the front office. While the majority of my experience is in general dentistry, I have also worked for a periodontist and an endodontics. I truly enjoy my job and love the relationships I have built with our patients.

I have a wonderful husband Gordy, and two awesome boys Kyle and Brandon who keep me very busy with their sports activities. I also have a four legged son Joey. In my free time I enjoy camping, hiking and traveling, reading and spending time with my family and friends.

Rhonda - Hygienist

I graduated with my degree in dental Hygiene from The University of Hawaii where my husband and I grew up. I later completed my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene Degree from The College of Southern Nevada. I have been working in our wonderful office since 1994 and have loved seeing our wonderful patients.

My husband and I have three grown children and are very new grandparents to a grandson born this past August in 2016. In my "spare" time I enjoy photography and traveling as much as possible.

Gina - Hygienist

I attended Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA, graduating with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2003 and have been working full time with Coombs, Brewer, and Holmes, DDS since 2007.

I balance my time between homes in Carson City, NV and San Jose, CA. I love to spend free-time with family, friends and my two little dogs.

Ashley - Hygienist

I am happy to say I have worked as a hygienist in this office for over 2 1/2 years and I couldn't be happier. I graduated from Ferris State University in 2008 with my dental hygiene degree and in 2009 with my communication degree. Right after graduation I moved to Stagecoach, NV from Michigan in 2009 following my husband, Scott, who originally got a job in Nevada.

We have grown to love the mountains, dry heat and sunny weather ever since. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my children which include three horses, two dogs and a cat. In addition, my husband and I enjoy exploring the Nevada desert in our Jeep and camper. We love to hit the back roads finding the old ghost towns of Nevada's old mining days. I have met a lot of wonderful friends here in Nevada over the years and can not wait to continue our life in this wonderful state.

Sue - Assistant

I am so proud to be a part of Dr. Coombs, Brewer, Holmes and this team. I grew up in Southern California where I started dental assisting. I moved to Nevada in 1990 and continued as an assistant. Now, over 25 years experience, I continue to learn and educate myself as well as my patients — giving the best dental experience is so important to me.

I have three children (Ashley Brad and Makayla) and must say I am a very proud mother to see how they have grown and become who they are today. I enjoy summer's warm weather! I love being fit, working out, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking. You will probably find me at a summer baseball or football game. I love living in Northern Nevada we really have the best of all seasons.

Teri - Assistant

I have been in dentistry since 1988, and a dental assistant in this office since 1998. What I love most about my job (aside from the many advances in dentistry) is the relationships I have with my awesome co-workers, who I consider my second family, and with our fabulous patients, who I think of as good friends. I am a people person and truly enjoy meeting new people every day.

I was raised in Carson City and have two grown kids who still live here. When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, going to sporting events, bowling, movies, and reading. My favorite pastime is spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.

Tammy - Assistant

I was born and raised in Montana. Coming to Carson City in 1990, I started my dental career working in the front office. I shortly realized I wanted to learn the clinical side of dentistry. For the past 25 years I have been working with patients as a dental assistant. To watch an apprehensive patient grow into a comfortable patient who is no longer afraid to have their dental work done and make all those smiles happen is an amazing part of my job.

When I'm not at the office, I do lapidary work with the stones I find in Nevada and turn them into jewelry.
